Nativity of Our Lord – 12/24

The Nativity of Our Lord Service will be held December 24th at 7:00 PM with Festival Liturgy of Holy Communion and Candlelight.

Please note there is one service on Christmas Eve. The chief festival of the Church celebrating the incarnation of Jesus Christ is officially known as the Nativity of Our Lord. Most people simply call it “Christmas.” Again this year our congregation will worship at one liturgy at 7:00 PM.

The traditional carols of Christmas will be sung and the Christmas gospel from St. Luke will be read. Pastor Strause will gather children to tell them the story “The Birth of Jesus.”
This year the Lancaster Brass Quintet will be joining us for worship on Christmas Eve, providing festive prelude and postlude music as well as leadership throughout the service.
