Notice Regarding Audio/Video Recording and Photography at Worship Services or Events
Anyone participating in worship services or events of Emmanuel Lutheran Church is subject to being recorded by photographic, video, and/or audio devices. Emmanuel Lutheran Church may use these types of records without the written permission of a person included in the photographs, video or audio recordings.
Emmanuel Lutheran Church may use these photographs, video or audio recordings in publications designed to let others know of our ministries that include worship services and other congregational events.
To ensure the privacy of children and youth, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from a parent or legal guardian of the recorded subject(s).
By attending a worship service or event of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, a person releases the congregation’s employees and officers and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, and/or publication of photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings.
Any person attending a worship service or other event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should notify Pastor Timothy Sadler or the Church Office in writing by letter (540 W. Walnut Street, Lancaster, PA 17601) or by email ([email protected] or [email protected] ).
